Paul Pogba has named his Manchester United teammate Mason Greenwood as the most deadly finisher he has ever played alongside over the course of his career.

The 19-year-old was on target for United again on Sunday against Wolves after scoring in their opening fixtures against Leeds United and Southampton.

Pogba heaped praises on the youngster, insisting that Greenwood's quality can help the team towards winning the league.

"Mason, I think he’s more left foot, he dribbles more with his left but to shoot he can shoot with both, his finishing is unreal," Pogba told Stadium Astro.

"I think he’s the best finisher that I’ve seen, that I’ve trained with so far. He’s unbelievable, I wish he can score more goals and improve and help us to win titles. He’s very young and very talented so we want to push him to become better and better."

Pogba also claimed that the current United team is the "strongest" team he's been a part of and is happy to be at Old Trafford. He told TV2: "There have always been strong Manchester United teams, but this is definitely the strongest [I've played in]. It is obviously in this club's DNA to win trophies. We have a strong team that can become champions. We know how hard it is, but we will do our best to lift the trophy this season."

Pogba was linked with an exit from United throughout the summer, with reports claiming that Real Madrid and Juventus were interested in poaching the Frenchman away from the Red Devils.
