Patrice Evra has found himself going viral on social media after he posted a hilarious video encouraging England to win their first tournament since "the dinosaurs were alive".
Gareth Southgate's side smashed Ukraine 4-0 in Rome over the weekend and set up a semi-final clash with Denmark on Wednesday. And former Manchester United defender, Evra, has backed the Three Lions to go all the way and make the Euro 2020 finals which are scheduled for Sunday, July 11.
Evra posted a hilariously bizarre post on social media that read: "EVRASIS been waiting for soo long, (followed by fire, dinosaur, trophy and laughing emojis) #ilovethisgame #mondaymotivation #positive4evra @england @oasis #euro2021 #fishandchips #dinosaur".
The Frenchman was sporting a red England shirt, round sunglasses, and an Oasis wig in honour of the Gallagher brother's legendary former band. Using a raw fish and bag of chips as a mircophone, he sang along to Fatboy Slim's remix of Praise You, before opening the sunroof of his car due to the smell of the fish.
The 40-year-old then shouted: "It's Monday! (laughs maniacally) Evrasis has been waiting for so long. Last time England won a trophy even the dinosaurs were still alive! So come on chaps, you can do this, come on! The fish is alive, the fish is alive.
He threw the fish and chips on the floor, adding: "Are you ready for that craziness, that happiness? Oh my God," and as the beat dropped, he chanted: "Go England, go England, go England coming home, coming home, fish and chips, fish and chips."
The five-time Premier League winner subsequently yelled "I'm out" and jumped out the sunroof of his car before climbing back in and repeating his popular social media catchphrase: "I love this game!"
