Paris Saint-Germain manager, Thomas Tuchel has insisted that star player, Neymar will be ready to face to Manchester United in the UEFA Champions League group encounter after resting the Brazilian for their game against Nimes.
PSG cruised to a 4-0 win over Nimes in Ligue 1 courtesy of a brace from Kylian Mbappe with the game coming just three days after he scored a hat-trick against Peru in the qualifying round of the World Cup.
Tuchel confirmed that he decided to rest Neymar and that the 28-year-old will for sure participate when they take to the field against United on Tuesday.
"Ney doesn't have any issue. We talked together, like I did with Kylian. We had an honest discussion and I decided to let him rest today. He will be with us tomorrow. He will train and get ready for the game against Manchester United. He will be on the pitch, for sure," he said at a press conference.
The French champions have already been without the striker in four of their seven league games this season, and his presence will be a big boost for the club as the side play better when he is on the pitch.
He has netted two goals in the three games that he has played and will look to continue his good form as the season progresses.
