The Indian football team will take on Nepal on Sunday in their second friendly game against the same opponents after a disappointing 1-1 draw first time out.

Nepal took the lead in the game before Anirudh Thapa handed India the equaliser to save their blushes. The draw against today's opponents meant that the Blue Tigers have now won just two games out of the last 16 managed by their coach Igor Stimac.

Earlier in their World Cup qualifying games, India have drawn twice against weaker opponents in Afghanistan and Bangladesh.

The result on Thursday will definitely put a lot more pressure on this Indian side to deliver a win against their neighbours on Sunday.

When is the match?

India will clash with Nepal on Sunday, September 5 at 5:15pm Indian Standard Time.
