Manchester City have reportedly put Raheem Sterling's contract discussions on hold as they are keen to prioritise talks with three other stars.

Sterling, who currently earns £275,000-a-week, is looking for an increase, but is currently in the middle of trying to find new representation after splitting from his agent, Aidy Ward, in January.

According to Sky Sports, who quote the Sun, Pep Guardiola's side are reportedly keen to negotiate deals with Kevin De Bruyne, Fernandinho, and Sergio Aguero, ahead of figuring out a deal for Sterling.

De Bruyne, like Sterling, is tied to City until 2023, and according to the reports, tops the list, with Pep Guardiola's side keen to nail him down to a new five-year deal.

Fernandinho and Aguero are both out of contract in the summer, but the former is yet to decide if he wants to continue playing. Aguero, meanwhile, has been linked with a switch to Barcelona, with new president Joan Laporta eyeing a move for the Argentine.

City are currently in the race on four fronts: Premier League, Champions League, FA Cup, and the Carabao Cup, and Guardiola has insisted that his main focus lies on winning all four trophies this season.
