Cristiano Ronaldo's agent, Jorge Mendes, has reportedly offered the forward to Manchester City this summer.
The Juventus man is in the final 10 months of his £25.5million-a-year contract and his future in Turin has been a topic of much speculation throughout the summer, having been linked with moves to Real Madrid, Manchester United, and Paris Saint-Germain.
City are still looking to sign a striker to replace Sergio Aguero, who joined Barcelona on a free transfer. Tottenham forward Harry Kane has been their top target for much of the transfer window, but Spurs are playing hardball over their £150m price tag.
According to Corriere dello Sport, Mendes has offered Ronaldo to City as a cut-price alternative, insisting that Juventus would be open to selling him given he has just one year left on his current deal.
However, the deal would be extremely controversial considering Ronaldo spent six years at United between 2003 and 2009. He has always held a strong bond with the Red Devils and the fans, but could be swayed by the prospect of returning to England and playing in the Premier League again.
According to Spanish news programme El Chiringuito, Real Madrid are also looking at bringing Ronaldo back to Santiago Bernabeu. The Portuguese is currently preparing for the new season under returning boss Massimiliano Allegri, who will be looking to win back the Serie A crown from Inter.
