After it was heavily reported that many Manchester United players are disillusioned with the club and seeking a way out of the mess as soon as possible, the players have now reportedly started to expect that Mauricio Pochettino will leave Paris Saint-Germain and join the Red Devils in the summer.

The Mirror has reported that as many as 11 players now want to leave the club. The report added that multiple stars are not impressed by Rangnick's coaching and tactics.

Furthermore, the report adds that the players believe the club should have appointed Antonio Conte before he joined Tottenham Hotspur in November.

As of now, the players expect Paris Saint-Germain boss Mauricio Pochettino to take over the reigns at Old Trafford.

Pochettino is said to have Manchester United on top of his list of dream jobs, but there is absolutely no chance that the Argentine will leave PSG mid-season.

Rangnick himself is not going to stay on as United's manager beyond this season as he is expected to move into a consultancy role at the club in the summer after the 2021-22 season comes to a close.

Jesse Lingard, Donny van de Beek, Eric Bailly and Dean Henderson continue to be overlooked, just as they were under Solskjaer and their attitude now has reportedly divided the United dressing room.

Lingard and Van de Beek haven't started a game this season and haven't played since early December.

The report also claims that several players are also unimpressed with Rangnick's tactics and the level of coaching, while his contract until the end of the season is undermining his position.

Meanwhile the i had revealed that the German's decision to cancel days off and reschedule training sessions for the afternoon has also led to 'unnecessary tension' as it has disrupted the players' routines.
