Man United post out a statement regarding allegations made against Mason Greenwood

Manchester United have responded to allegations against striker, Mason Greenwood, issuing a statement after it emerged that the youngster was allegedly involved in physical violence against his girlfriend.
The club said it is aware of "images and allegations circulating on social media" regarding the 20-year-old academy graduate.
"We are aware of images and allegations circulating on social media. We will not make any further comment until the facts have been established. Manchester United does not condone violence of any kind," they said in a statement on social media.

This comes in the wake of Harriet Robson has accusing the footballer of physical violence as she posted pictures and videos of her bruises on social networking site, Instagram. Fans picked up on the issue and reposted the claims, which has led to uproar among a certain sections of the United Kingdom.
The United academy graduate made his debut in 2019 and has since clocked up 129 appearances for the club, scoring 35 goals. It will be interesting to see what action will be taken if these allegations are true as the youngster is considered to one of the brightest talents at the club and was earmarked for a big future at Old Trafford.
