Argentina icon, Lionel Messi made his much-awaited debut for Paris Saint-Germain on Sunday during their 2-0 win against Reims with the striker getting a huge ovation by the fans when he replaced Neymar in the 65th minute.

Messi might not have not found himself on the scoresheet, but he did catch the eye during his time on the pitch and as usual all the attention was on the 34-year-old - with the opposition players too keen to meet the record six-time Ballon d'Or award winner after the game.

While the Argentinian icon was walking off the pitch he was approached by Reims goalkeeper, Predrag Rajkovic didn’t waste the opportunity to ask Messi to take a photo with one of his children, with Messi willingly obliging to take the picture.

The superstar was also seen chatting with former Barcelona team-mate, Thierry Henry before walking into the dressing room, while also signing a banner in the stands.

While all the attention was showered on Messi, it was Kylian Mbappe who starred on the pitch as the youngster scored a brace on the night to give his club the win. His performance comes amid heavy speculation that he is set to move to Real Madrid after it emerged that the player will not sign a new deal with his current contract set to expire next summer.
