FC Barcelona and Juventus are reportedly eyeing a deal to sign Ajax wunderkid Ryan Gravenberch according to reports.

The 18-year-old young Dutch midfielder, who plays for Ajax, has attracted the interest of both European giants, who will likely battle out for him in the summer of 2021.

According to Tuttosport [via ESPN], both clubs are pursuing a deal to sign Gravenberch, who made his senior team debut for the Ajax side in 2018 and has since gone on to make a handful of appearances for the Eredivisie side.

It will be interesting to see who all register their interest in the Dutch youngster before he eventually gets sold. Will it be FC Barcelona or will it be Juventus who land the signature of the player? Or will any other European giants enter the race, saw off competition and sign the highly-rated youngster? Only time will tell.

Meanwhile, the youngster will be focused on continuing his development and improving his game. He had played for the Eredivisie side when they smashed VVV-Venlo 13-0 in their recent game in the Dutch top-flight. He will be hoping to get more playing time at the club and become a key part of the squad.
