1) Mourtada Fall (CB)

The highest scoring defender in ISL history, Mourtada Fall was impressive for Mumbai last season, playing a key role in their success and it came as a surprise that FC Goa let him leave after he starred for them.

The Senagalese is a rock at the back and he will once again be needed to come good if his side are to defend their title.

2) Ygor Catatau (ST)

Mumbai brought in Ygor Catatau from Brazil in order to strengthen their attack, and while he is not known for being extremely prolific in front of goal - his addition will give the side extra options and the much needed flair they need.

The 26-year-old is an unproven quantity and it will be interesting to see how he performs in unfamiliar surroundings.

3) Cassio Gabriel (AM)

Another Brazilian who Mumbai have brought in is Cassio Gabriel, with the Islanders signing him on a season-long loan from Campeonato Brasileirao Serie B club Vila Nova. The 29-year-old who can play as a winger or in the middle, has played for a number of clubs in Brazil in the past and would add experience to the side.
