Harry Kane said Tottenham manager Antonio Conte has had a massive impact on the squad after the 3-1 FA Cup victory over Brighton on Saturday night.

The Italian has turned things around after a horrible start to the season under Nuno Espirito Santo, winning ten of his 17 games in charge.

Kane looks back to his best again, scoring twice in the victory over the Seagulls which put Spurs into the hat for the fifth round. The draw will be made on Sunday.

“He’s been brilliant,” Kane said. “I can’t speak highly enough of him as a coach or a person, he has really changed the mindset of a lot of players in the team.

“We are working really hard on the training pitch and we are seeing the results out there on matchdays.

“That’s all the players can ask for, working hard on and off the pitch and keep the momentum going.”

The FA Cup is Tottenham's last chance for silverware this season but Kane was coy when asked if there are any teams in particular he'd want to face next.

“There is still a long way to go, we have been in this position over the last few years,” he added.

“There are plenty of games coming up in the league and FA Cup, so let’s just keep it going.

“If we want to go all the way, we have to beat some top teams.”

Up next for Tottenham is a Premier League clash at home with Southampton on Wednesday before they host Wolves the following Sunday. They are seventh in England's top flight, two points behind fourth-placed Manchester United with two games in hand.
