Ghanaian gold mine owner reveals ambition to buy Chelsea and sign Ronaldo and Messi

Ghanaian gold mine owner Bernard Antwi Boasiako has revealed ambitious plans to buy Chelsea and sign Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi.
A number of billionaires have shown interest in purchasing the Blues after Roman Abramovich announced his decision to sell the club.
Boasiako, who's also a politician and radio station boss, revealed his plans of buying the club while also admitting he would like to sign two of the world's biggest players - Ronaldo and Messi.
"I want to go and buy Chelsea Football Club. I am interested in it," he told Wontumi FM.
"Those who buy clubs are not footballers, but business people. I am also a businessman. I'm into gold mining. Why can't we buy the club? I want to join the bidding."

"I am a businessman. Why can't we buy the club (Chelsea)? I want to join the bidding. If I become the owner, I want Vinicius, I will speak with United to see if I can also buy Cristiano for Chelsea. I'd also look at signing Messi." pic.twitter.com/OYPSlW2kxf
He added: "If I become the owner, I want the Brazilian player at Real Madrid, Vinicius Jr - and to sell off Romelu Lukaku. I will speak with Manchester United to see if I can also buy Cristiano Ronaldo for Chelsea.
"I'd also look at signing Lionel Messi. Roman Abramovich has done his best. It is now time for him to support a Ghanaian or an African to buy Chelsea."
Boasiako net worth is unknown, but reports have claimed it could be around £76m.
The Ghanian will face stiff competition if he were to make a bid for the Stamford Bridge outfit, with the likes of New York Jets owner Robert 'Woody' Johnson and UFC star Conor McGregor also interested in buying the club.
