Manchester United have drawn PSG in the UEFA Champions League last-16 draw and fans think it was far from controversial in the way the draw was done by officials.

The Red Devils were briefly excluded from the draw altogether after a rare mistake saw United drawn against Villarreal, who they had already faced in the group stages.

Since this match wasn't possible, Arshavin was asked to pick a new opponent for Villarreal, who happened to be Manchester City.

The ball containing Manchester United's name was then excluded from the draw altogether when Atletico Madrid's opponents were being decided.

UEFA deputy general secretary Giorgio Marchetti said, "For Atletico Madrid, the possibility are all [teams] except for Liverpool, who was in the same group, and Manchester United as they were already drawn."

The Red Devils were then put back into play and were eventually drawn against Paris Saint-Germain.

This clash will surely be the pick of the round of 16 clashes and fans on Twitter reacted in huge numbers.
