Declan Rice joked that Harry Kane caught him in a chokehold during England's celebration in their emphatic 4-0 victory over Ukraine at Euro 2020.
The team were celebrating their second goal scored by Harry Maguire when Rice was caught by his skipper, who accidentally choked him. Kane jumped on top of Maguire and Rice, and accidentally putting the latter in a headlock.
BBC Sport shared a video of the incident on Twitter, and the 22-year-old joined in on the fun by quote tweeting it. Rice said: "Why always me?"
Rice suffered a cramp which prevented him from celebrating with Kane during England's 2-0 win over Germany last weekend, and missed out on celebrating Maguire's goal courtesy of the Three Lions' captain.
England now take on Denmark in the semi-final on Wednesday, July 7th, at Wembley, with Gareth Southgate's men hoping to make it to the finals and win the tournament they are largely considered favourites to win.
