ATK Mohun Bagan have progressed to AFC Cup inter-zone semi-final after topping Group D.

ATKMB, who had won their first two matches, took their point tally to seven after sharing points with Bashundhara Kings in their third match in Group D, holding the Bangladesh Premier League side to a 1-1 draw.

It was Bashundhara Kings who drew first blood on the evening, with Fernandes putting them ahead on 28 minutes.

Bashundhara Kings were reduced to 10 men after Sushanto Tripura received marching orders in the third minute of the first-half injury time.

ATKMB restored parity after the hour mark, with David Williams finding the back of the net in the 62nd minute of the match.

Despite both sides' efforts, another goal could not be scored, and the match ended in a 1-1 draw, with ATKMB booking their place in the next stage of the competition.

Meanwhile, Bengaluru FC have already been eliminated from the competition. The ISL side, who are also in Group D and face Maziya S&RC in their final game of the campaign, could only manage to earn one point from their first two fixtures as they suffered 2-0 defeat to ATKMB and were held to a goalless draw by Bashundhara Kings.
