The All India Football Federation (AIFF) has rolled out the Indian national football team's calendar for the remainder of the year. There has also been confirmation of Indian clubs' participation in the AFC Cup in August.
The federation has had to come up with necessary changes to India's schedule and have now tried to make the most of the chances of playing more games that the team lost due to the pandemic.
After this, there will be a league stage draw which may feature Bengaluru FC (if they beat Club Eagles) alongside ATK Mohun Bagan between August 18-24.
Alongside this, there will be a 15-day camp for India's senior team starting August 15 for the preparation of their two games to be played during the international break by FIFA between August 30-September 7.
Then, by the first week of September, ISL and I-League clubs are expected to begin their pre-season with all their international players.
October will see India take part in the SAFF Championship 2021 featuring five member nations. That tournament will go on until October 15. That will be followed by AFC U-23 Asian Cup 2022 qualifiers.
Among all of this, ISL players from the Indian national teams will then feature in the league this season expected to begin in November.
