Indian Super League (ISL) side, ATK Mohun Bagan go into one of their biggest matches in the recent past when they face Uzbekistan-based Nasaf FC in the Inter-zonal semi-final game of the 2021 AFC Cup on Wednesday, 22 September.

Antonio Habas’ Bagan side progressed to semi-final stage for the first time ever and they will need to step up if they are to stand a chance against the former AFC Cup champions, with their task made even more harder as they will be missing star midfielder, Hugo Boumous due to injury issues.

The Indian footballing giants will also be without key defender, Sandesh Jhinghan, who is playing club football in Croatia and they will need Roy Krishna to fire, if they are to stand a chance getting a positive result on the night.

Nasaf meanwhile have been in brilliant form in the AFC Cup, having won all of their games in the tournament and what has been even more impressive is that they have scored 12 goals in four games, while conceding just two.

The Uzbekistan side go into this game as the definitive favourites and if they play to their full potential, then there is no reason why they can not win the game.

When is the game?

The match between ATK Mohun Bagan and Nasaf FC is scheduled to take place on Wednesday, 22 September at the Stadion Nasaf at 8:30pm IST.

How and where to watch the game?
