Adidas are reportedly working on a 'green and gold' Manchester United away kit which will not be worn by the players, but will be available for purchase.
According to UtdDistrict on Twitter, the kit could be released this December, just in time for Christmas.
Green and gold scarves were twirled by fans during games last season as part of an anti-Glazer protest that began 10 years ago when they became majority shareholders in the club.
Protests also took place in and outside Old Trafford after it was revealed that the Red Devils were one of the founding members of the now-abandoned European Super League.
Fans on Twitter were quick to respond in favour of the shirts, but there was some scepticism around the motivation behind the release of these shirts, too.
