Picking the Best Potential Arsenal Lineup to Face Everton in the Premier League on Sunday

Unai Emery's Arsenal take on Marco Silva's Everton at the Emirates on Sunday with the London club hoping to extend an unbeaten run of four games.

After winning their Europa League opener against Ukrainian side Vorskla Poltava, Emery's players will be confident of getting a result against an Everton side bolstered by the return of star man Richarlison from suspension.

After fielding a rotated side in the week, here is how Arsenal are likely to look for Sunday's clash:

1. Goalkeeper & Defenders

Petr Cech (GK) - Despite some nervy moments with the ball at his feet, the veteran shot-stopper remains Emery's first choice between the sticks.

Hector Bellerín (RB) - The Spaniard's pace is a real asset for a side lacking mobility at the back. Also maintains his width well in support of attacks.

Shkodran Mustafi (CB) - The 26-year-old has played every minute for Arsenal so far this season in the absence of Laurent Koscielny.

Sokratis Papastathopoulos (CB) - The summer signing from Dortmund is adapting to the Premier League after initially struggling with the demands of a more physical league.

Nacho Monreal (LB) - With Sead Kolasinac still sidelined with a knee injury, the 32-year-old looks set to continue at left back.

2. Midfielders

Mattéo Guendouzi (CDM) - The young midfielder has been Arsenal's standout player so far this season, and looks like a steal at the reported £7 million fee paid by Arsenal to secure his services from FC Lorient.

Granit Xhaka (CDM) - Averaging 72 passes a game, the Swiss midfielder is key in maintaining possession for Emery's side.

Mesut Özil (RM) - With a goal in the Europa League Özil looks likely to continue operating from the right of Arsenal's attacking midfield three.

Aaron Ramsey (CAM) - Deployed predominantly behind the striker in his preferred role by Emery, the Welshman will be keen to open his account for the season.

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang (LM) - Club-record signing Aubameyang has found himself moved out wide in recent weeks to accommodate Alexandre Lacazette. Despite a match-winning performance in the week up top, the Gabon international is likely to find himself out wide again on Sunday.

3. Forward

Alexandre Lacazette (ST) - Having started Arsenal's last two league games the Frenchman will be eager to add to his goal tally for the season, currently with just one to his name.

The former Lyon man has shown glimpses of his undoubted talent when given opportunities to lead the line.
