Liverpool boss, Jurgen Klopp, is not too concerned with Mohamed Salah's inconsistency in front of goal this season and has pointed out that the Reds have more than one goalscorer.

Salah was once again missing from the scoresheet, as goals from Georginio Wijnaldum and Roberto Firmino propelled Liverpool to a convincing win over Tottenham Hotspur at Wembley.

Klopp is really glad to see other players step up to the plate, claiming that he did not expect the Egyptian to have another ‘perfect season.’

"That was always clear. Of course, it's important that we don't have only one goalscorer," Klopp said in a post-match conference, as quoted by Goal.

"Do you have to wait for those problems to happen to know if you can deal with them, or do you think you are genuine title contenders? I don't have the personality that waits for problems, but I'm also old enough to know that they will come."

"We all have the same situation in a football team. I'm long enough in this business to know that nobody plays a perfect season. Not even City last season played a perfect season. It's no problem. It's the Egypt star was again missing from the scoresheet as the Reds defeated Spurs at Wembley till early, five games, fantastic we've won all of them, we have improved during that."

Liverpool will now turn their attention to the Champions League, with Paris Saint-Germain rolling into town this Tuesday.
