Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas has claimed that Tottenham Hotspur still hold the advantage in the top four race despite the Blues being just two points behind their London rivals.
Fabregas scored the winner against Swansea City on Saturday to take Chelsea within two points of Tottenham who have a game in hand. The north London side take on Watford tonight and will be looking to increase their lead over Chelsea.
Mauricio Pochettino's game in hand gives them the edge in the top four race and Fabregas believes that Tottenham are still well placed to finish above his side and qualify for the Champions League.

As reported by Sky Sports, Fabregas said,
"But the advantage is for them because it's not up to us. Even if we win every game and they do well, we will not be in the Champions League next year, so that's why I would prefer to be in their position.
Chelsea's 3rd straight win has them just 2 points behind Tottenham (who play tomorrow) for 4th place.

"I think we've been doing well that way, because every team we play is fighting for something. You could see that with Swansea and it will be the same when Huddersfield come to Stamford Bridge.
