Manchester United start their most physically exhausting period with the trip to Southampton. Jose Mourinho's side will be on the road for six of their next seven games away which would most certainly test the depth of their squad.

The Red Devils have won on nine occasions in their last 12 visits to St. Mary's and would be hoping to extend that run. Anthony Martial and Marcus Rashford are in fine form, and looking at the tough trip to Moscow, Mourinho could make some changes.

Paul Pogba (hamstring) and Marcos Rojo (knee) are out of the tie, but the rest of the squad, including Luke Shaw, is fit and raring to go. As for Southampton, Virgil van Dijk could make his first start since January. This would certainly give the Saints manager, Mauricio Pellegrino, a boost, one that he desperately needs against the joint league leaders.

Southampton striker, Charlie Austin, has also recovered from a knock, and could start at St. Mary's tonight. Manolo Gabbiadini has also been in fine form, and another solid outing from the 25-year-old would most certainly put Southampton in an advantageous position.
