Chelsea manager Antonio Conte has urged his team to respond after last season's FA Cup final defeat to Arsenal as well as the Gunners' victory in the Community Shield at the start of this season.

The Blues were denied a domestic double after Arsenal's Alexis Sanchez ran the show at Wembley in the FA Cup. Antonio Conte's team then lost to Arsenal on penalties in the Community Shield in August.

A point to be noted here is that Chelsea had one player sent off in each of those matches and Conte hopes to have his full team intact throughout the match against Arsenal. As reported by Independent, Conte said, "I hope to finish the game with 11 players."

He continued, "Because in the last two games, the FA Cup final and the Community Shield, we finished both games with 10 men. I hope for this. Then, during the game, I think that the best team will win."

Victor Moses was sent off in the FA Cup final last season while Pedro was given his marching orders in the Community Shield and Conte feels a strong mental attitude will make sure Chelsea triumph over Arsenal.

He concluded by stating, "I always see a good mentality from my players. When there is a defeat, remember after a bad start to the season, the Burnley defeat, I had a good answer from my players. This showed great mentality."

Chelsea take on Arsenal at Stamford Bridge on Sunday and it will be live in India from 6pm onwards.
