AS Roma midfielder Radja Nainggolan has claimed that Belgium teammate Eden Hazard is in the top bracket of the players and could win the Ballon D'Or one day. Hazard has led Chelsea to the Premier League title twice and had one of his best seasons last time around, scoring 17 goals which helped the Blues win their second title in three years.

The Ballon D'Or has been dominated by Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi for the past decade but Nainggolan claims that one day, Hazard can break their duopoly, though he has to score more goals.
Speaking to CNN Sport, as reported by the Evening Standard, Nainggolan said,
“He makes a difference on the pitch, but the only difference between him and, let's say, Neymar, Cristiano Ronaldo and Messi, is that they score much more than him."
“That is the most important thing and it's the only difference between them, because for me Hazard is, let's say, is in world's top five,” the 29-year-old added.
Hazard has established himself as one of the best players in the Premier League and has regularly been linked with moves to Barcelona and Real Madrid. The Belgian is currently close to returning from a serious ankle injury and his return will prove vital for Chelsea who have started the season poorly.
