Anthony Martial will not leave Manchester United this summer claims his cousin, who has claimed that the club rely on the Frenchman to perform this season. Martial who impressed after coming on from the bench against West Ham United during United's 4-0 win in the opening game has been linked with a move to a number of European clubs, but nothing has come out of it.

The 21-year-old is widely considered to be one of the most promising youngsters in the sport and his cousin believes that there is no chance that he will leave in the summer.

"For Manchester United, Anthony's departure is not a possibility, even on loan. They rely on him", he said as quoted by Dailymail.

The Frenchman struggled for game time under manager Jose Mourinho last season with the Portugese preferring to use Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Marcus Rashford up front, but with the Swede injured and his pre-season form very impressive, the Frenchman is set to be given more opportunities to impress this season.

The winger who moved to Old Trafford from French side AS Monaco in 2015 has so far made 92 appearances in all competitions for the Red Devils scoring 26 goals, winning one FA Cup, one EFL Trophy and the 2016/17 UEFA Europa League so far.
