Only four top-flight games take place this weekend due to the FA Cup quarter-finals, and there couldn't be a better time to use your Free Hit chip, if you still have it.

There is a smorgasbord of FPL options to choose, but it's also important to have one eye on your captain pick. Out of the most captained players in gameweek 28, only Bruno Fernandes and Mohamed Salah returned three points each, while the others who had the armband - Harry Kane, Kevin De Bruyne, and Ilkay Gundogan all returned 0 points.

This weekend's fixtures include:

Fulham vs Leeds

Brighton vs Newcastle

West Ham vs Arsenal

Aston Villa vs Tottenham

Here are 5 players to pick for your FPL team this weekend.

Harry Kane - £11.5m - Aston Villa (H)

With 43 percent of FPL managers opting to pick Harry Kane this gameweek, it is highly likely that he will be a massive favourite for the captain armband. His 22 shots, 12 shots in the box, and eight shots on target in the last four gameweeks are all league-leading totals. Kane heads into the clash with an average of 6.2 points in his last six gameweeks, and a huge 19-point haul against Crystal Palace in gameweek 27.

Jesse Lingard - £6.1m - Arsenal (H)

Jesse Lingard has found his form since making the switch to West Ham United in January, and his importance to the side was highlighted in their 1-0 defeat to Manchester United last weekend, as he was ineligible to face his parent club. Lingard is up against an Arsenal side who have not maintained a clean sheet in seven league games.

Lewis Dunk - £5.0m - Newcastle (H)

Lewis Dunk delivered a thumping header in Brighton’s much needed 1-2 victory over Southampton, and the defender might just get another chance against a Newcastle defence that have struggled to keep out headed goals. The clash with the Magpies also offers Dunk the opportunity to keep a clean sheet, as Steve Bruce's side find themselves unable to score since Callum Wilson's injury.

Raphinha - £5.4m - Fulham (A)

Leeds United were solid against Chelsea during their 0-0 draw and will be looking to get the better of Fulham this weekend. Raphinha has been a huge threat for Leeds, scoring five and assisting as many, and has created 20 chances over the last six gameweeks. If you do have a transfer going spare, it would be worth investing in the Brazilian in time for Gameweek 29.

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang - £11.3m - West Ham (A)

After missing last weekend's north London derby win for disciplinary reasons, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang should be back in the Arsenal side for their trip to West Ham. The Gunners captain has scored five goals in his last four starts across competitions, and will prove to be a definite threat against a Hammers' defence that has struggled to keep opponents from scoring.
