After a bumper double gameweek 26 that did not live up to expectations, gameweek 27 was slightly better, but Fantasy Premier League (FPL) managers everywhere will be looking to bounce back this gameweek.

You also need to keep an eye on gameweek 29, as only nine teams play then, so use your picks wisely, if you still have them. Fulham, Leeds, Brighton, Newcastle, West Ham, Arsenal, Aston Villa, and Tottenham are the teams you should keep in mind for next week.

For this week, however, the biggest game of the weekend is the North London derby, and you might want to consider bringing in attackers from both sides. Here are 5 players who are an absolute must-have for your FPL team this gameweek.

Gareth Bale - £9.5m - Arsenal (A)

Bale is in red hot form at the moment. The Welshman certainly seems to have found his scoring boots, and provided a scintillating display against Burnley a couple of weekends ago, scoring twice, and was at it again last weekend with two goals, as Spurs thumped Crystal Palace 4-0. Bale is currently the most transferred in player ahead of this weekend’s north London derby against Arsenal. The Welshman has scored five times in 10 appearances against the Gunners, including in his previous two matches against them.

Bruno Fernandes - £11.5m - West Ham (H)

Fernandes will be well-backed especially after being transferred out by 331,000 managers last week, and is probably the most popular captain choice, despite coming up against a tough West Ham outfit. The midfielder scored his 16th goal of the season, and is now the most popular player in FPL, owned by more than 57 percent of managers. Manchester United have only lost twice to the Hammers, and despite their current form, David Moyes' side have an appalling record against the Red Devils.

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang - £11.4m - Tottenham (H)

Aubameyang has been inflicting pain on Spurs since his time at Borussia Dortmund, and has an overall record of seven goals in 11 games against Arsenal's north London rivals. The Gunners captain has thrived since being moved into a centre-forward role, scoring eight goals in his last six starts across all competitions. Listed as a midfielder on FPL, Aubameyang could be an explosive option this weekend.

Richarlison - £7.9m - Burnley (H)

Richarlison has scored four goals in five matches, including match-winners against Southampton and West Brom, and is one of the top picks this gameweek. Burnley have kept only one clean sheet in their last five matches and conceded four goals at Tottenham on their last outing. The Brazilian is the man to bring in if you fancy Everton picking up another home win.

Harry Kane - £11.3m - Arsenal (A)

Kane loves scoring against the Gunners. He's scored 11 times in 12 Premier League matches against Arsenal, and has blanked just twice. A 19-point haul against Palace last week saw the Spurs striker being transferred in by 350,000+ FPL managers, more than any other player in the gameweek. Kane’s 12-point return against Arsenal earlier this season underlines his potential as a key captain pick.
