The summer transfer window is currently underway and a number of clubs have already made signings so far, with some spending large amounts of money in order to get the player of their choice.
With the transfer window set to close on August 31, there are some deals too which have been in the news and could take place before next Tuesday. Here, we take a look at five big transfers that could take place before the transfer deadline day.
1. Kylian Mbappe (PSG to Real Madrid)
Kylian Mbappe has been a long-term target for Real Madrid and the club have finally made a move to get their man with it being reported that they have made a €160million bid for the striker.
While it is understood that PSG are yet to respond to Madrid, Mbappe has only a year left on his current contract and has made it clear that he will not extend his deal with them.
The Ligue 1 giants might just decide to earn a good amount of money for their superstar, rather than let him go for free next summer.
2. Harry Kane (Tottenham Hotspur to Manchester City)
The Harry Kane transfer saga continues to rumble on, with it being reported that Manchester City are still keen to land the striker, though Daniel Levy will not sell him for anything less than £150million.
The England striker returned to action for Tottenham from the bench, and it will be interesting to see whether he will eventually get the move that he desires.
3. Adama Traore (Wolves to Tottenham Hotspur)
Tottenham Hotspur have stepped up in their efforts to sign Adama Traore from Wolves late in the transfer window, with the club slapping a €40million price-tag on his head.
Spurs have already entered into negotiations with Wolves, with it being understood that their management are willing to make a bid in the region of the price being asked for the winger.
4. Jules Kounde (Sevilla to Chelsea)
Jules Kounde has been heavily linked with a move to Chelsea, with it being reported that the player has agreed personal terms with the Blues - but is waiting for Sevilla and Chelsea to reach an agreement over the price.
The 22-year-old has a £68million release clause and despite agreeing on personal terms with Chelsea, he will not force through a move in order to remain respectful to his current club.
5. Saul Niguez (Atletico Madrid to Chelsea/Man United)
Atletico Madrid are reportedly prepared to let Saul Niguez on a season-long loan and have even offered him to Chelsea, though it is understood that they could face competition for the midfielders signature from Manchester United.
The 26-year-old has established himself as one of the best midfielders in the world, and despite playing a key role in helping Atletico win the LaLiga title last season - the Spanish side are looking to move on without him.
