Real Madrid manager, Zinedine Zidane's future at the Bernabeu has come under the microscope this season, with reports emerging that the Frenchman is set to walk away from the Los Blancos come the end of the season.

His situation has lead to the club reportedly looking for replacements for Zidane and here, we take a look at potential candidates.

1. Massimiliano Allegri

Former Juventus boss, Max Allegri has emerged as the favourite to replace the Frenchman and he would be available to join immediately considering that he has been out of work ever since he left the Bianconeri in the summer of 2019.

The Italian has the pedigree, having led the Italians to five consecutive Serie A titles and it will be interesting to see his decision if he is approached considering that he turned them down three years ago.

2. Raul Gonzalez

Raul is another name who has been touted given that he is a club legend and that he is the current coach of Castilla, Madrid's reserve team. The Spaniard though has no managerial experience at the highest level, though one can't put it past Florentino Perez in terms of giving him the job.

3. Roberto Martinez

Current Belgium national team coach, Roberto Martinez has also been linked with the post, though the club hierarchy will have to wait till until the completion of Euro 2020 to wait for his decision.

However, he remains the outside bet and in all probability the Los Blancos will only approach him if their top choices refuse the post.
