Football fans have voted that Liverpool should sell Mohamed Salah during the upcoming summer transfer window.

The Egyptian superstar joined the Reds back in 2017 and has gone on to become an undisputed club legend thanks to his prowess in the final third. Thanks to his stunning tally of 211 goals in all competitions for Liverpool, Salah is now the club's third all-time top goalscorer - ahead of the likes of Steven Gerrard, Robbie Fowler and Kenny Dalglish.

As well as scoring a boatload of goals, Salah has also helped establish Liverpool at the top of European football once again under manager Jurgen Klopp. The wide forward has been a part of a Liverpool team which has won a UEFA Champions League, FIFA Club World Cup, FA Cup and Premier League in the last seven seasons.

Salah had enjoyed a stunning start to the 2023/24 campaign at Liverpool, bagging the bulk of his 18 goals and 10 Premier League assists during the first half of the season.

Following two injury setbacks which saw him miss 10 games in all competitions, the forward's form has noticeably dipped however - contributing to Liverpool dropping out of the Premier League title race for another season. To make matters worse, Salah also recently quarrelled with manager Klopp on the touchline in a draw with West Ham United.

This dip in form and argument with Klopp has seemingly contributed to football fans' opinions on whether or not Salah should remain at Anfield beyond the 2023/24 season.

In a poll conducted by YouGov, 56% of fans voted that Salah should be sold by Liverpool during the upcoming transfer window, with 44% saying that he should remain at the club.

Salah has long been linked with a move to the Saudi Pro League, and clubs from the cash-rich league are reportedly set to make offers for the Egyptian's services as he enters the final 12 months of his deal at Liverpool.
