Struggling Swansea City could end 2017 at the bottom of the Premier League table should they fail to get a win against Watford on Saturday.
The Swans were demolished 5-0 by Liverpool in their last match, and will need to be better if they want to survive relegation.
Here's how they could lineup on Saturday:
Lukasz Fabianski keeps his place in goal.
- van der Hoorn5
After a 5-0 drubbing from Liverpool, caretaker boss Leon Britton could make some changes to his starting lineup. Mike van der Hoorn could be recalled to the starting lineup in place of Federico Fernandez.
With not many options in defence, Kyle Naughton and Martin Olsson could keep their places in the full-back roles. Alfie Mawson has played every minute of Swansea's Premier League campaign and could continue to do so on Saturday.
Leroy Fer is expected to recover from a back injury he picked up in the defeat to Liverpool. Swansea could return to a midfield three on Saturday with Tom Carroll and Roque Mesa lining up alongside Fer.
Swansea have struggled for goals from midfield this term. Of these three players, only Fer has managed a goal for the Swans in the league.
- Abraham 10
After an evening he would like to forget against Liverpool, Jordan Ayew could well be dropped from the starting lineup. In his place, Nathan Dyer could return to the starting lineup.
Wayne Routledge could keep his place on the right of the attack, but Tammy Abraham could be recalled on Saturday. Swansea tend to look a lot more threatening when Abraham plays, and with four league goals this term, he's the club's top scorer for the season.
