Picking the Best Potential Swansea Lineup to Face Crystal Palace on Saturday

Manager-less Swansea welcome an in-form Crystal Palace to the Liberty Stadium this weekend, with the Swans in real danger of being cut adrift at the bottom of the league should they lose this relegation six pointer.

Leon Britton will take charge of the game while the Swansea board search for a new boss, which either inspire the strugglers to victory.

The same backline that started in the 3-1 defeat at Goodison Park on Monday should line up alongside each other once again.

Alfie Mawson scored the winner in this fixture at Selhurst Park last season, whereas Martin Olsson's dangerous overlapping runs from full back may pose Martin Kelly some issues.

The Swans' defence will need to be focused to limit the talents of the in-form Wilfried Zaha.

Leroy Fer managed to score twice in two minutes in this fixture last season in a thrilling nine goal spectacle, and after scoring the opener against Everton on Monday, he may be the danger man for Palace to look out for come Saturday.

Tom Carroll and Roque Mesa will hope to keep the game ticking over with their composed passing, although they may find the game physically tough due to the power of Luka Milivojevic and Ruben Loftus-Cheek.

Leading forward Wilfried Bony had to be withdrawn through injury early on in the defeat to Everton on Monday and is unlikely to have recovered in time, so Chelsea loanee Tammy Abraham will deputise.

Luciano Narsingh and Nathan Dyer will be tasked with taking on the likes of Martin Kelly and Jeffrey Schlupp and supply Abraham with the ammunition needed to score, and their pace may be problematic for an Eagles backline severely lacking in just that.
