Over the years, the Premier League has seen an influx of talent from Asia, from the sublime to the downright useless.

7. Ji Dong-Won - South Korea (2)
"Jiiiiiiii, he's round the goalkeeper, he's done it!" Martin Tyler's commentary for Ji Dong-Won's 93rd minute winner against Man City is a Premier League classic. The South Korean had an overall unimpressive spell on Wearside, but his goals speak for themselves.
Not only did he net that infamous stoppage time winner against City, Ji's other goal came in the 90th minute against Chelsea - albeit in a game they lost 2-1. Not a bad CV to take away from two seasons in England's top-flight.
6. Junichi Inamoto - Japan (4)
Junichi Inamoto came to England with a big reputation as a high-profile signing from Japan, joining Arsenal in 1997 from Gamba Osaka. He failed to make an impact and was later sold to Fulham where he spent two seasons, netting four times in the Premier League.
He became a cult favourite at Craven Cottage, scoring four goals over the two legs of their Intertoto Cup final against Bologna, scoring once in the first leg and a hat trick in the second. He'd later join West Brom and finish his career in England having made 66 appearances in the Premier League.
5. Lee Chung-yong - South Korea (8)
The South Korean winger has been a Premier League mainstay for just shy of a decade having joined Bolton Wanderers back in 2009. Now at Palace, Chung-yong finds his playing time somewhat limited, but that doesn't stop the 29-year-old making the list.
Having netted eight times in the Premier League, there's still time for the speedster to add more to his tally as Palace look to avoid relegation.

The Japanese hitman has really made a name for himself in the Premier League since arriving in 2015, netting vital goals in Leicester's shock title winning campaign, including several match winners.
At 31, Okazaki still has some years ahead of him and has started this season in scintillating form, scoring four goals already in just seven games, and it's likely the scoring won't stop there...

At one point Swansea's record signing, Ki Sung-yueng has impressed in the Premier League since joining from Celtic in 2012. He played a big part in the Swans winning the League Cup in his first season, even starting the final in an unfamiliar role at centre-back.
A loan at Sunderland sandwiched between his Swansea career has seen the South Korean score some crucial goals, including a winner against Chelsea and Manchester United for both clubs. He hadn't featured at all this season until Saturday's game against Leicester and will be hoping to secure more game time from now on.

The Tottenham man has really come to fruition of late, becoming a key part of Mauricio Pochettino's side which is performing so consistently well. Having signed for £22m, his first season was a bit hit-and-miss, netting just four times in the league but last season he found his feet, bagging 14 goals as Spurs missed out on the title to Chelsea.

What a player Park Ji-sung was for Manchester United. His unparalleled work rate saw him become a favourite for the big occasions for Sir Alex Ferguson, using him when it really mattered. He spent seven years at Old Trafford, winning four Premier League titles, three League cups, the Champions League and Club World Cup.
He bagged 19 times in 134 games for the Red Devils during his spell with the club but will want to forget his last season in the Premier League where he captained QPR to relegation in 2012.
