With Real Madrid and Barcelona knocking around the corner, Paulo Dybala has been given some advice from a fellow Juventus teammate, following his rise to stardom with the Old Lady.

The Mirror reports that former Barcelona full back Dani Alves has told Esporte Interativo that Dybala needs to move on from the Bianconeri to further succeed in football.

"La Joya [Dybala's nickname] will bear fruit," Alves said regarding the Argentine forward.

The Brazilian defender has also talked to Dybala himself regarding the matter, despite his contract renewal which sees him at Juventus until 2022.

"We have spoken many times and I told him that one day, I do not know when, he will have to leave Juventus to improve even more."

Dybala's contribution to Juventus last season saw the Italian giants make it to the Champions League final. His stats show that with 15 goals in all competitions, the Argentine created a total of 62 chances and held a passing accuracy average of 85% last season.

Dybala has gained the interest of many European super clubs included La Liga giants Real Madrid and Barcelona.

With the Cristiano Ronaldo controversy looming large, Los Blancos may make Dybala their primary target should the Portuguese star refuse to re-sign a contract to stay at the Bernabeu.

Meanwhile, Argentina's head coach Jorge Sampaoli is looking to prepare Dybala to play along side Messi in hopes of a World Cup triumph in 2018.
