N'Golo Kante and Dele Alli combine in central midfield with Liverpool winger Sadio Mane and Blues ace Eden Hazard, the highest rated player in the squad with a 98 card, out wide.
Harry Kane and Romelu Lukaku, the Premier League's top scorers with 26 and 24 goals respectively, are included ahead of Arsenal star Alexis Sanchez and Manchester United talisman Zlatan Ibrahimovic, who are also given cards.
Tottenham goalie Hugo Lloris is rewarded for a fine campaign with an improved card, while Chelsea defender David Luiz, Spurs' Toby Alderweireld, Burnley centre-back Michael Keane and United right-back Antonio Valencia are also included in the squad.

Notable absentees include Manchester City striker Sergio Aguero, who has managed 18 Premier League goals this year, Bournemouth attacker Josh King, who has been in scintillating form in 2017, and Philippe Coutinho, whose Liverpool performances have attracted interest from La Liga giants Barcelona.
Spurs left-back Danny Rose and Chelsea centre-back Gary Cahill, both named in the PFA Team of the Year, are also omitted.
