Fernandes, 16, has emerged as one of the most talented youngsters in his age group and the marauding midfielder is gathering eager scouts from around Europe to marvel at his progression.
According to Gazetta, a whole host of clubs will be in attendance when PSV enter the UEFA Youth League to watch the teenage sensation's talents.
He helped guide his side to the semi-finals where they were beaten 2-0 by an impressive Portugal team but his performances in the tournament were well-received.
Roma and Milan are just two of several interested teams but the Serie A giants have so far made their interest clearer. But a move from either club for the teenager will reportedly prove to be difficult with Fernandes' contract having two years left to go.
In addition to his contract, PSV are fully aware of the immense talent the midfielder possesses and will not let that go lightly.
The Eredivisie giants themselves saw Fernandes' talent three years ago when he was playing for his hometown club NEC Nijmegen and hastily decided to bring him to Eindhoven.
The academy has a reputation for producing bright talents with Ajax and Netherlands international Jasper Cillessen and Anderlecht's Bram Nuytinck both honing their talents there before moving on.
